Most Item order by Candle Concept via standard delivery will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks via GLS, UPS or regular Post Mail.

Some items, including customized items may take longer. Please check on your quotation form to know exactly the date of delivery.

Want it in a hurry for your opening?  Express delivery is avalaible at extra charge (please check first with us the availability of the product) via Federal Express or UPS.

 

Delivery Adress:

We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask  the Carrier-transport company to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged whatever it charges us in extra.

If you refuse a package, then you might lose your right to return because a Return Authorization is required! At our sole discretion, we may approve your return. If approved, any discounts or Free Shipping that was applied to your order will be removed and you will be charged 15% restocking fee on the new amount of the order. You will also be charged an additional shipping expense for the package to be returned to us.

Damaged Shipment:

We pack carefully our products. but if your delivery was incomplet or damaged:

Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Candle Concept within five (2) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Candle Concept Customer Service by email or fax (must be in writing). Please note that custom orders are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Candle Concept will not accept complait of delivery if not inform within 2 day of receiving your order in writting.
 

Restrictions:

Who Pays for Duries and Taxes:

In Europe (except for  Belgium):

If you join us your company VAT number when your order is placed, you will not be added 21% VAT. You order must be delivered to the same country where your VAT is issued.

In Belgium:

Your company is located in Belgium. 21% VAT will be added toall the prices by your order.

International countries:

Our prices does not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fee. If assessed, these charges are the resposability of the package receipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
